We are one of the few bagasse tray manufacturers that run pulping, molding, drying, lamination and sealing-film pairing in-house. That matters most for trays: a laminated bagasse tray is only as good as the bond between fiber and film, so we select and test the coating ourselves — PP, PET, CPET, EVOH or PLA — against your filling line instead of leaving it to a third party. Every coated tray system we ship is PFAS-free and rated from -20°C to 220°C depending on the film selected, which covers chilled, frozen and oven-ready programs on one platform. Tray programs live or die on three interfaces: your sealer, your chill chain and your compliance file. Because we mold 1:1 replacements for plastic trays, we match rim geometry, flange width and stack height to the heat-seal tooling or vacuum skin packaging (VSP) die you already own, so sealable bagasse trays run on the line you have rather than a new one. Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) programs get the same treatment: gas-barrier film combinations tested for vacuum and gas flush, with documentation to match.
